Sound familiar?

The work is fine. The systems around it are the problem.

Orders arrive on WhatsApp and get lost. Stock on the shelf never matches the book. Payments come in as screenshots somebody checks by hand. Patient files sit in a cabinet. And anyone searching Google for what you do finds a competitor.

We fix whichever of those is costing you the most right now — and we say so honestly if the answer is cheaper than you expected.

  • Customers can't find you. A site that ranks for what you actually sell.
  • Your process lives in spreadsheets. A system built around how you really work.
  • Payments are manual. Mobile money, bank and card that reconcile themselves.
  • The till doesn't match the shelf. POS where every sale moves stock in real time.
  • Records are on paper. One patient file across reception, consultation and pharmacy.

Every quote is fixed and in writing before work starts. 50% to begin, 50% on handover.

How we work

Three steps, no mystery

1. Free 15-minute call

You explain the problem. We ask what we need to price it. No jargon, no sales pressure.

2. Written quote & timeline

A one-page scope: exactly what you get, the fixed price, the delivery date. 50% to start.

3. Build, test, hand over

You see progress as we go. We test with real transactions and real data, train your team, hand over every password.

Why QSet

Built by developers who ship, not by a sales team

The person who quotes your project is the person who writes the code. That means honest timelines and no telephone game.

  • One team, the whole stack. Your website, your system, your app and your payments come from people who can see all four at once.
  • You own everything. Source code, domain, hosting, merchant and store accounts — all in your name.
  • Fixed prices. You know the number before we start.
  • We're here afterwards. A local Nairobi team you can call — not a freelancer who disappears at handover.

Questions

The things clients ask before they start

What exactly does QSet build?

Websites and online shops, custom business systems, Android and iOS apps, payment integrations, point of sale systems and medical software for clinics and hospitals. Most clients come to us for one of those and grow into the others, because it all comes from the same team and the same codebase conventions.

How much does a project cost?

A focused business website is KSh 30,000 to KSh 60,000. A payment integration starts at KSh 15,000. A POS system starts around KSh 60,000, a custom business system around KSh 80,000, a mobile app around KSh 120,000 and a clinic system around KSh 150,000. You get an exact figure in writing after a short conversation, not a vague hourly estimate.

How long does it take?

Payment integrations run 3 to 10 days. Websites are 1 to 4 weeks. POS and custom systems are 3 to 12 weeks. Apps and hospital systems are 6 to 20 weeks. We commit to a delivery date in the quote and tell you early if anything threatens it.

What are your payment terms?

50% to begin, 50% on handover. Larger projects split into milestones so you are never paying far ahead of delivered work. We invoice properly and accept M-Pesa or bank transfer.

Do we own what you build?

Yes — all of it. Source code, domain, hosting, merchant accounts, Play Store and App Store accounts are in your name. You can take the code to another developer at any time.

Do you work with clients outside Nairobi?

Yes. Most of the work happens over WhatsApp, calls and screen sharing, so we deliver for clients anywhere in Kenya and beyond. For Nairobi clients we are happy to meet — we are at Watermark Business Park off Langata Road.

Can you fix or take over a system someone else built?

Often, yes. Tell us the technology, what is broken, and whether you have the source code and hosting access. We will review it and say honestly whether repairing or rebuilding is the better use of your money.

Tell us the problem. We'll tell you the price.

One short conversation is enough for us to tell you what it takes to fix it — and whether you even need us for it.
