Yes, and most of our support clients come to us that way. We need access to the hosting and the domain; if you have lost those logins we can usually help recover them from the registrar or host.
Plans run from KSh 5,000 a month for a small business site to KSh 15,000 for an online shop or a live payment system. Business systems such as POS or clinic software start at KSh 15,000. One-off rescue work starts at KSh 10,000.
Support requests are answered the same working day. For something down or payments failing, we treat it as urgent and start immediately — monitoring usually means we have already begun before you message.
Text edits, swapping images, updating prices, adding a page, publishing a post, seasonal changes. Bigger work like a new feature or a redesign is quoted separately, and we tell you before doing anything chargeable.
We can arrange and manage hosting for you, or work with whatever host you already use. Either way the account stays in your name.
No lock-in. Plans are monthly and you can stop at any time. If you leave, you take your code, your data and your logins with you.
